Re: Bielema's buyout

That makes sense. So, Bielema can go to work for some football program or franchise and the Foundation would still have to pay the difference between what he is receiving right now from us offset by what he receives from his new employer. However, what kind of job would he have to take so that the ...

Re: Anderson still confused by Hall's transfer

This is the day and age of the "me" crowd.
They all want to take care of me! Parents want their kids to play now. There's never a mention about the team!
While I agree some of the transfers would have had huge impacts especially last season and this season it may be a good thing they left!

Re: Gafford and NBA

Gafford needs to continue to hit the weight room. As far as getting knock down at some point refs need to blow the whistle. They are quicker to call a foul on Gafford and let the opponents beat on him down low. He has all the talent in the world. I'd like to see him take a few more mid range shots e...

Re: SMU QB seeking transfer?

I don't want to sound negative but I think using the spot for a 2 or 4 year player makes more sense. No disagreement here, Army. Though I would think, should Morris elect to bring Ben Hicks in, he [Morris] would have a good idea of both the need and likelihood of Hicks becoming an instant starter. ...

Re: Gafford and NBA

Gafford will know himself based on how this season goes if he ready . The young man needs to develop his offensive game but turning down that first contract for being a sure lottery pick would be hard to do. If he were my son I would want him to go but I would leave the decision up to him. Once the ...

Re: Recruiting part 2

Usually about 10% of the players Arkansas signs would be 1st team starters anywhere. However, in a sense you are right. Alabama, etc. also needs good second team players; players good enough to play their best for a few minutes to give their first team play a little rest. Mostly, when teams like Al...

Re: Way too Early 2018 Razorback Football Predictions

The competition must be considered, but for once, Arkansas played nearly a complete game and aggressively turned a lead into victory. Connor Noland was workmanlike consistent for his first start and in my opinion, impressive. In still remembering Bret Bielema's stubborn dislike of removing a starti...

Re: Don't want to dampen the mood . . .

The final score is what matters. The hogs won and for once we got the breaks. Tonight I hope we pound the ball and leave no doubt that the hogs are the better team.

I will agree the Beavers made some mistake but that's part of the game. The team that makes the fewest mistakes normally wins.
